Working with long-time collaborator Matthew Bernard, we created whimsical, philosophical comic poems.

Initially for Emanata, once enough stories accumulated for a full issue, we collected them and added a new exclusive comic. Our approach varied — sometimes Matthew supplied a full script, other times a poem would inspire me to break it into a comic. Each piece explored a theme or greater message, with unique layout experiments in every story. This collection became my best-selling comic, combining thoughtful narrative with playful visual storytelling.
