Celebrating ten years of the I Read Comic Books podcast, they invited me to design a cover, masthead, and contribute an illustration for the interior of the zine.
For the cover, I created a textured cover that referenced sticker walls you might find in a dive bar, mixing past logos and commissioned art from previous contributors. The masthead, printed as a physical sticker, tied everything together, and I contributed a single-page comic about a space pirate hoarding oranges from the crew. The zine went on to exceed its Kickstarter goal, hitting 137% of funding, and fans and contributors alike loved the professional, polished, and playful look.
