The Challenge

Create a celebratory piece that reflects the podcast’s history and contributor community, while bringing together a wide range of past visuals into a cohesive, polished final product.

Approach

Developed a textured cover inspired by sticker-covered surfaces, incorporating past logos and artwork from previous contributors to reflect the show’s history and collaborative nature.

Designed the masthead as a physical sticker to extend the concept into the format itself, tying together the zine’s visual language.

Contributed a one-page comic to the interior, adding an original narrative element to the publication.

The Result

Delivered a visually cohesive and celebratory zine that resonated with both fans and contributors. The project exceeded its Kickstarter goal, reaching 137% of funding, and was well received for its polished, playful execution.
